1. Data Collected

TurboDost collects the following data:

  • Telegram user ID (when interacting with the bot)
  • Telegram username (optional)
  • TikTok User ID (open_id) and display name (when you connect your TikTok account)
  • TikTok access token and refresh token (used solely to post car deal videos on your behalf)

2. Use of Data

Collected data is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Managing access to the Telegram channel
  • Providing customer support
  • Posting automated car deal highlight videos to the connected TikTok account

3. TikTok Integration

TurboDost uses the TikTok Content Posting API to publish car deal videos to a TikTok account that has been explicitly connected by an authorised administrator.

When a TikTok account is connected, TurboDost collects and stores the TikTok User ID (open_id), display name, and OAuth access/refresh tokens. These are used only to post content and are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

TikTok access can be revoked at any time through TikTok's app settings under Security > Apps and Websites. Upon revocation or deletion request, all stored TikTok tokens are deleted within 30 business days.

4. Third Parties

Data is shared with the following third-party platforms only as required for service operation:

  • Telegram — for delivering bot messages
  • TikTok — for authenticating the account connection and publishing video content via the Content Posting API

Personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention

Your Telegram user data and TikTok tokens are deleted within 30 business days of a deletion request.

6. Right to Deletion

To request deletion of your data, send the /delete command to @Turbodost_bot on Telegram, or contact us via TurboDost Chat. Requests are processed within 30 business days.

7. Cookies

This site uses only session cookies for technical functions (language selection). No advertising tracking cookies are used.
